The services provided through D&H Restorative Health are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, or professional therapy. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
I am not acting as a physician, therapist, or licensed mental health professional. Wellness coaching is a supportive service and does not replace professional healthcare.
Clients should continue working with their licensed healthcare providers and should not discontinue medications or treatment without consulting their medical professional.
All guidance and suggestions are offered to support clients in working toward their personal goals. Participation in coaching is voluntary and based on informed consent.
Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, improvements in health, emotional well-being, career progress, business growth, clientele, or profitability.
Any examples or results experienced by others are shared for illustration only and do not guarantee similar outcomes. Progress depends on many factors, including a client’s own participation and choices outside of sessions.
Clients are fully responsible for their own well-being, decisions, and actions during and after coaching sessions. Suggestions and recommendations are optional, and clients are encouraged to use their own judgment when implementing them.
Coaching services are not appropriate for crisis or emergency situations. If a medical or mental health emergency occurs, clients should contact emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.
Client information is kept confidential unless written permission is provided to share it. Personal information, including session notes, is used solely for communication and to support the coaching process.
At times, I may consult with a professional mentor for guidance in order to provide the best support possible. In these situations, identifying client information is not shared.
Confidentiality may be limited in specific circumstances, including reports of child or elder abuse or neglect, or credible threats of harm to oneself or others. In such cases, appropriate actions may be taken in accordance with the law. If required by court order, information will be disclosed to the extent legally necessary.
Clients understand that electronic communication (including email, text, phone, Zoom, Skype, or other platforms) carries inherent security risks and accept those risks when choosing to communicate through these methods.
Services provided to individuals under the age of 18 require the presence or consent of a parent or legal guardian.
